Sarta

Sarta (サーテ, Sāte) is a character from the Other World who is apart of the North Quadrant of the universe. He first appeared in "Tournament Begins".
3600 years ago, Sarta bravely protected his planet from meteorites. After his death, he was allowed to keep his body and was trained by King Kai. He meets Goku on Grand Kai's planet, and like his comrade Mijorin, he seems impressed with Goku's performance against various villains in Hell and at the Other World Tournament.
