Torbie

Torbie is a member of an unnamed race. He has red skin and his physical build is similar to that of Cell's Perfect form. He is a powerful fighter from the South Galaxy.
In the Other World Tournament, Torbie first battles Tapkar. Torbie wins by default because Tapkar wastes all of his energy running around the arena and forfeits. In the finals, he battles Pikkon and loses rather quickly.

Torbie has a few cameo appearances in the Kid Buu Saga when Kid Buu is attacking Grand Kai's planet in the episode "True Saiyans Fight Alone". He also makes a cameo appearance in the episode "Universal Allies" of Dragon Ball GT, training under his mentor South Kai.
